Text to speech uses your site language unless you choose another language. When you choose another language, the page text is translated first and then read with the closest voice available on your browser or device. Repeated text may start faster because your browser can reuse earlier translated speech.

Motion-safe profile: stops animation/transition effects, reduces flashing and pulsing visuals, disables smooth scrolling, and pauses autoplaying media where the browser allows it.
Readability profile: enlarges text, strengthens card/filter contrast, improves focus outlines, and highlights links and headings for easier scanning.
Calm reading profile: uses a readable font, adds breathing room, softens decorative effects, and makes cards, filters, and links easier to follow.
Keyboard and assistive-technology profile: improves focus visibility, skip-link access, larger controls, link underlines, and text-to-speech support. This does not replace a screen reader.
